Academy is an optional and rewarding program, however members had to be nominated by supervisors, were required to submit a personal statement and were selected by a committee of regional and executive leaders. This was my personal statement video submission.
TALENT SUMMIT 2014
The Academy members had the opportunity to meet together with the Training Store Managers and the Merchandising/Display Mentors in Philadelphia in February. All of the top talent in the field had the opportunity to get to know one another and to participate in presentations and conversations at Home Office. I put together a PDF of my experience to share with my district and my store team (below).
